I really like eating vegan recipes from time to time, I can discover new tastes and diversivy my daily amounts.
I finally had a try and made my own lentil burgers few weeks ago. All I can say is : that's a gustatory revelation ! I love them even more because they are easy to cook and reduce my meat budget at the grocery store. Indeed, they provide high protein amounts.
Here's my recipe I made with basic ingredients you can easily find in your cupboards :

For 4 burgers, you need :- 1 petite boite de lentil can (130g drained)
- 50g oatmeal
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 small onion
- 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce (or ketchup, if you rather like it sweeter, according to your diet ;) )
- 1 egg (optional)
- 100g wholewheat flour
- coriander
- salt
- black pepper

1. Mix all the ingredients (except flour) until you get a dough.
2. Transfer into a bowl and add flour. Mix.
3. Make the burgers (with a "cookie cutter") in the pan and cook each side for 2-3 minutes, on a low heat.
++ : This burgers can be frozen after cooking !
